The Idea Exchange gave employees a Web 2.0 version of the old fashion "Suggestion Box". It allowed anyone in the company to enter an idea, that idea would then get ranked by a simple "Thumbs Up" or "Thumbs Down" depending on whether or not the community liked the idea. That idea would then move up and down the list so that management could decide on what initiatives should be worked on.

The UI for the site was created completely in Flex, with a DotNet Web Services Data Access Layer and a SQL Server Back end. The site allows management to create Smaller, more topic specific idea exchanges in order to pinpoint areas of interest.
