Since I keep getting people saying things like....
Hey man so Adobe finally murdered Flash, so what are you going to do now? HTML5 ROCKS!
Although quite frankly 99% of the people that have been saying things like that have never actually done an HTML5 project and I..... actually have done quite a few.... enough so that I can create an extremely complex chart, based on a multitude of features and requirements that lead me to choose one technology or another:

So, as you can see, the decision is still pretty easy for me.
If you want an engaging experience.... sometime this century.... that works on more than just Chrome and Safari..... Then I still highly suggest the Flash Platform.
That's my suggestion and I am sticking to it.
By the way!
The recent announcement by Adobe simply means they will be better positioned to make Flex/Flash like features available in HTML5 technologies.... So as a Flash developer, you should be happy that hopefully, someday you will be capable of taking your Flash assets and simply saving them to HTML5 based sites.
Still won't work on IE6 (that is ok, it is only the #1 browser in the world)
