The Sprint models150-300 are solid granite-based systems that accommodate parts up to 12” in length. The Sprint’s high-resolution digital color camera and superior optics deliver accuracy for demanding metrology applications. The Sprint magnification ranges from approximately 35x to 210x. The Sprint is powered by the Q-Check® Digital Readout, the Metronics QC200 digital readout, or by optional AutoCheck® with Gage-X® software.

The Q-Check is a powerful, microprocessor-based measurement system that substantially increases the productivity of your manual inspection process. With XYZ computational capability, measurement memory and print options, Q-Check makes optical inspections easier than ever before.

The Metronics QC 200 series Digital Readout supports precise measurement and inspection of 2D parts. It has an intuitive user interface with easy to use programming tools that allow the user to create, edit, and run part programs by measuring or constructing desired features.

Gage-X is dimensional metrology software designed specifically for video measurement systems with manual stages. With an extensive array of measurement tools, including the CompuFocus™ Motorized Zoom, intelligent edge detection, user friendly icons and a point and click interface, Gage-X makes it simple for everyone to get accurate, repeatable measurements.
